孕11～13^(+6)周胎儿超声的临床价值分析

Clinical Value of Fetal Ultrasound at 11 to 13^(+6) Weeks of Gestation

目的分析孕11～13^(+6)周胎儿的超声检查价值。方法将2016年5月1日—2017年4月1日在本院行超声检查的800名孕妇作为研究对象(孕11～13^(+6)周)。记录检查结果并持续随访。结果 (1)共包括颈项透明层厚度≥3 mm伴有其他异常(5例)、颈项透明层厚度<3 mm伴有胎儿结构异常(4例)以及颈项透明层厚度≥3 mm(10例),分娩方式包括自然分娩和引产;(2)颈项透明层厚度<3 mm伴有胎儿结构异常(4例),包括单脐动脉1例(自然分娩)、鼻骨短小1例(自然分娩)、脐膨出1例(引产)、无脑儿1例(引产)。结论在孕11～13^(+6)周实施超声检查十分必要。

Objective To analyze the value of ultrasonography in fetuses between 11 and 13＋6 weeks of gestation. Methods 800 pregnant women who underwent ultrasound examination in our hospital from May 1, 2016 to April 1, 2017 were enrolled in this study （11 to 13＋6 weeks of gestation）. The results were recorded and followed up. Results （1） consists of nuchal translucency thickness more than 3 mm associated with other abnormalities （5 cases）, nuchal translucency thickness less than 3 mm with fetal structural abnormalities （4 cases） and nuchal translucency thickness more than 3 mm （10 cases）, the mode of delivery including natural childbirth and abortion;（2） nuchal translucency thickness less than 3 mm with fetal structural abnormalities （4 cases）, including 1 case of single umbilical artery （natural childbirth）, 1 case of nasal bone short （natural childbirth）, 1 case of omphalocele （abortion）, 1 case of anencephaly （induced）. ConclusionIt is necessary to perform ultrasound examination at 11 to 13＋6 weeks of gestation.
