正畸联合微螺钉在颌牙伸长邻牙倾斜种植修复中的价值

The Value of Repair of Incline Implant Repair of Adjacent Teeth With Orthodontic Combined With Micro-screw Anchorage for Extension of Maxillary Teeth

目的探索局部正畸联合微螺钉支抗在对颌牙伸长邻牙倾斜种植修复中的应用价值。方法选取2015年8月11日—2017年8月11日我院颌牙伸长邻牙倾斜100例患者作为研究对象,采用抽签化分组,每组各50例。对照组和观察组分别采用传统修复方式治疗和局部正畸联合微螺钉支抗治疗。结果观察组患者总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组总有效率(72.00%),并发症发生率(4.00%)低于对照组并发症发生率(34.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对颌牙伸长邻牙倾斜患者实施局部正畸联合微螺钉支抗治疗效果显著。

Objective To explore the value of local orthodontic combined with micro-screw support in the treatment of the elongated orthodontic implants in maxillary teeth. Methods From August 11, 2015 to August 11, 2017, 100 patients with maxillary teeth with elongated adjacent teeth in our hospital were selected as the study objects and they were randomly divided into two groups： control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group and the observation group were respectively treated with traditional repair method and local orthodontic combined with micro screw anchorage treatment. Results The total effective rate （96.00%） in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （72.00%）, the complication rate was 4.00%, which was lower than that in the controlgroup （34.00%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Local orthodontics combined with micro-screw anchoring therapy has signifcant effect on patients with elongated teeth with adjacent teeth.
