调强放疗联合辅助化疗治疗食管癌的临床疗效观察

The Effect of Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy Combined With Adjuvant Chemotherapy on Esophageal Cancer

目的观察调强放疗(IMRT)联合辅助化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的临床疗效。方法将64例中晚期食管癌患者纳入本研究,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各32例;对照组接受IMRT,观察组在对照组的基础上辅以多紫杉醇化疗,两组治疗周期均为28天,治疗两个周期,比较两组疗效、不良反应发生情况,随访观察2年生存率。结果观察组总有效率优于对照组(84.38%vs.71.88%),2年生存率高于对照组(65.63%vs.40.63%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率比较(40.63%vs.37.50%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IMRT联合辅助化疗治疗食管癌具有良好的临床疗效,有助于提高患者的近期疗效及2年生存率。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of intensity modulated radiotherapy （IMRT） combined with adjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer. Methods 64 cases of advanced esophageal cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with IMRT, the observation group was supplemented with paclitaxel chemotherapy on the basis of the control group. After 2 cycles of treatment, the efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Follow-up 2 years, the survival rate of two groups was compared. Results In the observation group, the total effective rate was signifcantly higher than that in the control group （84.38% vs. 71.88%）, and the 2-year survival rate was significantly higher than in the control group （65.63% vs. 40.63%）, the difference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. The difference of incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group was not statistically significant （40.63% vs. 37.50%）, the difference was not statistically signifcant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion IMRT combined with adjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer has a good clinical effcacy, can help to improve the patient＇s short-term effcacy and 2-year survival rate.
