曲安奈德、利多卡因及甲钴胺封闭治疗骨科急慢性疼痛的效果观察

The Effect of Triamcinolone Acetonide,Lidocaine and Mecobalamin in the Block Treatment of Acute and Chronic Pain in Orthopedic Department

目的探究曲安奈德、利多卡因和甲钴胺联合封闭治疗对于骨科急慢性疼痛患者的治疗效果。方法选取2015年6月—2017年6月我院康复科收治的骨科急慢性疼痛患者80例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。对照组给予曲安奈德和利多卡因封闭治疗,观察组给予曲安奈德、利多卡因和甲钴胺封闭治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组;其中,慢性疼痛患者治疗后的VAS疼痛评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而急性疼痛患者中,两组治疗前后的VAS疼痛评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且均较为轻微。结论曲安奈德、利多卡因和甲钴胺联合封闭疗法治疗骨科急慢性疼痛疗效确切,尤其是对于慢性疼痛患者,效果持久,安全性高。

Objective To explore the effect of triamcinolone acetonide, lidocaine and mecobalamin in block treatment of patients with acute and chronic pain in department of orthopedics. Methods 80 patients with acute and chronic pain in orthopedic department were selected from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the study objects and they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given block treatment of triamcinolone acetonide and lidocaine, the observation group was given block treatment of triamcinolone acetonide, lidocaine and mecobalamin, the effect was compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that in the control group, andthe pain score of VAS in patients with chronic pain was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. The pain score of VAS in patients with acute pain had no signifcant difference between the two groups before and after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups, the difference was not statistically signifcant （P〉0.05）, and the pain in both group was mild. Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide, lidocaine and mecobalamin in block treatments for acute and chronic pain in orthopaedic department has curative effect, especially for patients with chronic pain, the effect is lasting and the safety is high.
