人性化护理理念对颈椎骨折保守治疗患者治疗遵从性的影响

The Effect of Humanistic Nursing Concept on Compliance of Patients With Conservative Treatment of Cervical Vertebra Fracture

目的探讨人性化护理理念对颈椎骨折保守治疗患者治疗遵从性的影响。方法选择我院2015年1月—2016年12月治疗的56例颈椎骨折保守治疗患者作为研究对象,任选其中28例为对照组,给予常规护理,余28例为观察组,在常规护理的基础上,加以人性化护理,比较两组患者治疗的遵从性及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的治疗遵从性(92.86%)高于对照组(71.43%),组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈椎骨折保守治疗的患者,给予人性化护理后,可显著提高其治疗的遵从性,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing concept on the conservative treatment compliance of patients with cervical spine. Methods 56 cases of conservative treatment of cervical vertebra fracture treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research subjects. 28 cases were selected as the control group and given routine care. The remaining 28 cases were observed in the observation group. On the basis of routine nursing, humanistic nursing was taken. The compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment compliance of the patients in the observation group （92.86%） was higher than that of the control group （71.43%）, and the difference between the groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion After the conservative treatment of cervical vertebra fracture, it can improve the compliance of the treatment and improve the nursing satisfaction.
