应用VIPC护理程序提高急性创伤性休克患者急救效果的作用探讨

Application of VIPC Nursing Process in Improvement of First-Aid Effect on Patients With Acute Traumatic Shock

目的探讨VIPC护理程序对提高门急诊突发事件中创伤性休克患者急救效果的作用。方法选取2014年1月—2015年12月实施常规急救护理流程的58例急性创伤性休克患者作为对照组,选取2016年1月—2017年11月实施急救护理流程VIPC抢救程序的62例同类患者作为观察组。对比分析两组患者急诊抢救救治效果及护士核心能力考核结果。结果观察组患者抢救成功率高于对照组;观察组死亡率低于对照组;观察组平均救治起效时间短于对照组;观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组;观察组护士核心能力考核结果各项均优于对照组;两组各数据对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过VIPC护理程序的培训和应用,提升门急诊护士整体核心能力,缩短突发事件中创伤性休克平均救治起效时间,提高患者抢救成功率,减少不良事件发生。

Objective To explore the effect of VIPC nursing process in improvement of first-aid effect in patients with traumatic shock in outpatient/emergency department. Methods 58 patients with acute traumatic shock who were treated with regular emergency care process from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as control group, 62 patientswith acute traumatic shock who were treated with frst aid nursing process VIPC rescue program from January 2016 to November 2017 were selected as observation group. The effect of emergency rescue treatment and nurse core competency assessment results were compared between two groups of patients. Results The rescue success rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group. The mortality of observation group was obviously lower than the control group. The average treatment effect time in observation group was shorter than the control group. The incidence of adverse events in observation group was signifcantly lower than the control group. Nurse core competency assessment results in the observation group were better than the control group. The above differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through training and application of VIPC nursing process, we can improve the whole core competence of nurses in outpatient/emergency department, significantly shorten the average treatment effect time of traumatic shock, improve the rescue success rate, reduce the adverse events.
