护理风险流程管理在急诊脑出血患者急救中的运用及效果分析

Application and Effectiveness Analysis of Nursing Risk Process Management in First Aid for Emergency Patients With Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨护理风险流程管理在急诊脑出血患者急救中的应用效果。方法选择我院2015年6月—2016年6月收治的44例急诊脑出血患者作为研究对象。所有急诊脑出血患者通过数字奇偶法分组。对照组(22例)选择常规急诊护理流程配合开展急救工作;观察组(22例)选择护理风险流程管理模式配合开展急救工作;最终就两组急诊脑出血患者的各功能测评结果以及急救各阶段时间展开对比。结果与对照组急诊脑出血患者各功能测评结果对比,观察组急诊脑出血患者获得显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组急诊脑出血患者急救各阶段时间对比,观察组急诊脑出血患者时间显著缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于急诊脑出血患者在进行急救期间,合理选择护理风险流程管理模式开展护理工作,可以改善各功能测评结果,缩短急救各阶段时间,提高急诊脑出血患者的急救效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing risk process management in emergency patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 44 cases of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as experimental subjects. All patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were grouped bydigital parity. Control group （n=22） was performed routine emergency nursing process coordinated with frst aid, the observation group （n = 22） was performed nursing risk process management coordinated with first aid. Finally, the functional evaluation results and frst aid time at different stages of the two groups of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the results of each functional evaluation in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were significantly improved in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）; the first aid time at different stages in observation group was significantly shortened, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion During the first aid treatment for patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage, nursing risk process management can improve the functional evaluation results and shorten the time of first aid at different stages, so as to improve the emergency treatment effect.
