结构化皮肤护理对消化科大小便失禁患者失禁性皮炎的预防作用 被引量:8

Preventive Effect of Structured Skin Care on Incontinence Dermatitis in Patients With Fecal Incontinence in the Digestive Department

摘要 目的探讨结构化皮肤护理在消化科大小便失禁患者中的应用价值。方法选取2014年1月—2017年5月收治的大小便失禁患者78例作为研究对象。以随机数字表法,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各39例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上,行结构化皮肤护理,观察两组失禁性皮炎及舒适度。结果观察组失禁性皮炎发生率为2.56%,低于对照组的15.38%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后舒适度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结构化皮肤护理可预防消化科大小便失禁患者失禁性皮炎发生,提高患者舒适度。 Objective To explore the application of structured skin carein patients with fecal incontinence in the digestive department. Methods78 cases of fecal incontinence admitted from January 2014 to May 2017were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the controgroup and the observation group with 39 cases in each group by therandom digital table method. The control group was given routine careThe observation group was treated with structured skin care on the basis othe control group. The two groups of incontinence dermatitis and comforwere observed. Results The incidence of incontinence dermatitis in theobservation group was 2.56%, which was signifcantly lower than that of thecontrol group 15.38%, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05)The comfort score of the observation group was signifcantly higher thanthat of the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05)Conclusion Structured skin care can prevent the incontinence dermatitis othe incontinence incontinence and improve the patient's comfort.
