老年前列腺电切术后患者尿路感染的护理干预效果观察

The Effect of Nursing Intervention on Urinary Tract Infection in Elderly Patients After Prostate Electrotomy

目的分析老年前列腺电切术后患者尿路感染的护理干预效果。方法选取我院在2016年5月—2017年6月收治的老年前列腺电切术后尿路感染患者60例作为研究对象,将患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组均为30例患者。对照组患者采用基础护理方式,研究组在对照组的基础上,采用护理干预,对比分析两组患者的总治愈率以及护理满意度。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率(93.3%)高于对照组(73.3%),且研究组患者的护理满意度(96.7%)高于对照组(76.7%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年前列腺电切术后尿路感染患者在常规护理的基础上采用护理干预,可以有效提高患者的总治愈率以及护理满意度。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on urinary tract infection in elderly patients after prostate electrotomy. Methods 60 patients with urinary tract infection after prostate electrotomy in our hospital from May 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into research group and control group, 30 patients in each group, the control group was treated with conventional nursing, on the basis, the research group was treated with nursing intervention, the total cure rate andnursing satisfaction of two groups of patients was compared. Results The total effective treatment rate was significantly higher in the study group （93.3%） than that in the control group （73.3%）, and the nursing satisfaction in the study group （96.7%） was signifcantly higher than that in the control group （76.7%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention for elderly patients with urinary tract infection after prostate electrotomy on the basis of conventional nursing can effectively improve the total cure rate and nursing satisfaction of patients.
