舒适护理对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者效果探析

The Effect of Comfort Nursing on Patients With Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的探讨分析舒适护理对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的52例慢性胆囊疾病,并拟行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者作为研究对象。依据分层随机抽样将52例患者分为观察组(26例)和对照组(26例);其中给予对照组患者常规护理,给予观察组患者舒适护理模式。结果观察组患者的平均住院时间、平均下床活动时间及平均进食时间分别为(5.9±0.6)d、(16.5±6.4)h、(12.5±6.4)h,均低于对照组的(6.8±1.1)d、(38.7±7.2)h、(28.7±6.2)h,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组患者干预后仅发生感染1例,并发症发生率为3.8%(1/26),低于对照组的23.1%(6/26),差异具具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施舒适护理有助于改善病情,降低患者术后并发症发生率,具有一定的临床实用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comfortable nursing on patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 52 cases of chronic gallbladder disease treated in our hospital were selected and the patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were studied. According to stratified random sampling, 52 patients were divided into 26 cases of observation group and 26 cases of control group. The patients in the control group were given routine care and the comfort nursing mode was givento the observation group. Results The average time of hospitalization, the average time of ambulation and the average feeding time of the patients in the observation group were （5.9 ± 0.6） d, （16.5 ± 6.4） h and （12.5 ± 6.4） h, respectively. The difference was signifcantly lower than that of the control group （6.8 ± 1.1） d, （38.7 ± 7.2） h and （28.7 ± 6.2） h, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. In the observation group, only 1 case was infected after intervention, and the incidence of complications was 3.8% （1/26）. Compared with 23.1% （6/26） of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing for laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients can improve the condition and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, which has certain clinical and practical value.
