快速康复外科在腹腔镜胃癌根治术围手术期中的应用价值

The Value of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery in the Perioperative Period of Laparoscopic Radical Gastrectomy for Gastric Cancer

目的探讨快速康复外科在腹腔镜胃癌根治术围手术期中的应用价值。方法选择2016年2月—2017年7月我院收治的80例腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。对照组采用常规护理,FTS组围手术期护理中应用快速康复外科。比较两组患者围手术期护理满意水平;术后胃肠功能康复指标、下床活动和出院指标;术中低体温等不良现象发生率。结果 FTS组围手术期护理满意水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);FTS组术后胃肠功能康复指标、下床活动和出院指标优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);FTS组术中低体温等不良现象发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科在腹腔镜胃癌根治术围手术期中的应用价值高,可有效减少不良现象,加速术后康复,提升满意水平。

Objective To explore the value of rapid rehabilitation surgeryin the perioperative period of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastriccancer. Methods 80 cases of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastriccancer treated in our hospital from February 2016 to July 2017 wereselected as the subjects and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine nursing. The rapid rehabilitationsurgery was used in the perioperative nursing of FTS group. Perioperative nursing satisfaction level of two groups was compared, postoperative gastrointestinal function rehabilitation index, ambulation activity and discharge index, intraoperative hypothermia and other adverse phenomena incidence rate were compared. Results In FTS group, the level of satisfaction of nursing in the peri operative period was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）; In group FTS, postoperative rehabilitation index, gastrointestinal function and discharge activity index than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; In group FTS, intraoperative hypothermia and other undesirable phenomena was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The fast track surgery has a high value in the perioperative period of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy. It can effectively reduce the bad phenomenon, accelerate postoperative recovery and improve satisfaction level.
