延伸护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者情绪及生活质量的影响

The Effect of Extended Nursing on Mood and Quality of Life in Patients With Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的总结对慢性阻塞性肺病患者实施延伸护理服务对患者生活质量及负性情绪的影响。方法随机选取慢性阻塞性肺疾病出院患者78例,选取时间为2014年4月—2016年2月。采用平均分配的方式,将78例患者分为研究组和常规组。常规组患者出院时给予常规出院指导,研究组则采用延伸护理服务对患者进行持续性健康教育和生活指导,对两组患者的生活质量、情绪、急性加重率进行比较。结果研究组生活质量优于常规组(P<0.05);研究组10 min步行距离及CAT评分均优于常规组(P<0.05);研究组患者急性加重率低于常规组(P<0.05);出院前两组SAS、SDS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院1年后,研究组SAS、SDS评分均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者采用延伸护理服务不仅能提升生活质量和积极情绪,而且能够优化患者生活方式。

Objective To summarize the effect of extended nursing service on the quality of life and negative emotions in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 78 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly selected from April 2014 to February 2016. 78 patients were divided into the study group and the conventional group by means of average distribution. The patients in conventional group were given regular discharge guidance at discharge, the study group was given extended nursing service for persistent health education and living guidance, the quality of life, emotion, acute exacerbation rate was compared between two groups. Results The quality of life of the study group was signifcantly better than that of the conventional group （P 〈 0.05）. The 10 min walking distance and CAT score were all better than the conventional group （P 〈 0.05）. The acute exacerbation rate of patients in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group （P 〈 0.05）. There was no statistic signifcant difference of the SAS and SDS scores between two groups before discharge （P 〉 0.05）. The SAS and SDS scores were lower in study group than the conventional group one year after discharge （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can promote their quality of life and positive emotions by extension nursing service, and can optimize their lifestyle.
