脑梗死后认知功能障碍的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation of Cognitive Dysfunction After Cerebral Infarction

目的对脑梗死患者认知功能障碍的相关影响因素进行探讨。方法选取80例2015年1月—2017年10月我院收治的脑梗死患者,依据是否有认知功能障碍分为两组,46例未出现认知功能障碍为正常组,其余34例出现认知功能障碍为异常组,对比分析两组临床资料。结果两组年龄、病灶多发/单发、是否合并高血压、冠心病、吸烟饮酒史、病变部位、是否白质病变、脑萎缩对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论年龄过大、病灶多发、合并高血压与冠心病、存在吸引饮酒史、右脑病变、脑叶病变、白质病变、脑萎缩是脑梗死患者发生认知功能障碍的相关因素。

Objective To investigate the related factors of cognitive dysfunction in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 80 cases of patients with cerebral infarction from January 2015 to October 2017 in our hospital, according to whether there were cognitive dysfunction were divided into two groups, 46 cases had no cognitive dysfunction as normalgroup, the other 34 cases had cognitive dysfunction as abnormal group, and the clinical data of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There were differences between two groups of age, multiple lesions/single, whether hypertension, coronary heart disease, smoking and drinking history, lesion location, white matter lesions and cerebral atrophy, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Over-age, multiple lesions, hypertension and coronary heart disease, there is a history of smoking, right brain lesions, lobar lesions, white matter lesions,brain atrophy is the occurrence of cognitive impairment in patients with cerebral infarction related factors.
