结直肠癌伴梗阻患者I期经腹直肠癌切除术治疗的效果

Results of Transabdominal Rectal Cancer Resection in Colorectal Cancer With Obstruction Patients in Ⅰ-stage

目的探讨结直肠癌伴梗阻采用Ⅰ期经腹直肠癌切除术治疗的效果及安全性。方法以2014年1月—2016年12月我院收治的54例结直肠癌伴梗阻患者为研究对象,全部患者均以经腹直肠癌切除术进行治疗,Ⅰ期切除吻合。观察手术疗效,统计并发症。结果全部患者均顺利完成Ⅰ期手术,无死亡病例,术后肠梗阻症状均消失,手术成功率100%,并发症发生率12.96%。结论Ⅰ期经腹直肠癌切除术治疗结直肠癌伴梗阻效果确切,在把握适应证、排除禁忌证前提下安全可行。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of I-stagetransabdominal resection of colorectal cancer with obstruction. Methods54 colorectal cancer patients with obstruction in our hospital from January2014 to December 2016 were enrolled in this study. All patients weregiven transabdominal resection of rectal cancer and I-phase resectionwas anastomotic. The effect of surgery and counted complications wereobserved. Results All the patients successfully completed stage I operationwithout any death and the symptoms of intestinal obstruction disappearedpostoperatively. The successful rate was 100% and the complication ratewas 12.96%. Conclusion Stage I transabdominal resection of colorectalcancer is effective in treating colorectal cancer with obstruction. Itis safe and feasible in the context of grasp indications and excludecontraindications.
