老年股骨粗隆间骨折应用微创股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗的临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究老年股骨粗隆间骨折应用微创股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗的疗效。方法以我院27例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为观察对象,随机将27例患者分为实验组(14例应用微创股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗)、对照组(13例应用动力髋螺钉治疗)。对比实验组和对照组的骨折愈合时间、髋关节功能评分。结果实验组患者骨折愈合时间[(87.62±5.61)d]比对照组短,P<0.05;实验组患者术后1个月髋关节功能评分相比对照组更高,P<0.05。结论微创股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效较佳。 Objective To investigate the curative effect of minimally invasive proximal femoral anti-rotation nail in treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the elderly patients. Methods 27 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group (14 cases with minimally invasive proximal femoral anti-rotation nail treatment), control group (13 cases with the application of dynamic hip screw treatment). The fracture healing time and hip function score were compared between the experimental group and the control group. Results The fracture healing time in the experimental group [(87.62 ± 5.61) d] was signifcantly lower than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). The hip function score of experimental group was signifcantly higher than that of control group one month after operation (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive proximal femoral anti-rotation nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the elderly has better effcacy.
