PVP术治疗陈旧性不稳定型骨质疏松脊柱骨折的疗效

摘要 目的分析经皮椎体成形术治疗陈旧性不稳定型骨质疏松脊柱骨折的疗效。方法收集2016年1—10月我院收治的陈旧性不稳定型骨质疏松脊柱骨折患者40例作为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同分为两组,对照组接受保守治疗,观察组采用经皮椎体成形术,比较两组的疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率(90.0%)高于对照组(65.0%),P<0.05。观察组患者VAS疼痛评分为(5.0±0.8)分,低于对照组患者的VAS疼痛评分(7.3±1.6)分,P<0.05。观察组Barthel评分为(74.9±6.2)分,高于对照组的Barthel评分(61.4±5.3)分,P<0.05。结论经皮椎体成形术治疗陈旧性不稳定型骨质疏松脊柱骨折效果显著。 Objective To analyze the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of old and unstable osteoporotic vertebral fracture. Methods 40 cases of old and unstable osteoporotic spinal fractures from January to October 2016 were collected and divided into two groups according to the treating measures, the control group was given the conservative treatment method, the observation group was given percutaneous vertebroplasty, the effect of the two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group (90.0%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (65.0%), P 〈 0.05. The VAS pain score of the patients in the observation group was (5.0 ± 0.8) scores, which was lower than that of the control group (7.3 ± 1.6) and P 〈 0.05. The score of Barthel in the observation group was (74.9 ± 6.2) scores, which was higher than the Barthel score of the control group (61.4 ± 5.3), and P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty is good for the treatment of old and unstable osteoporotic vertebral fracture.
