目的探讨频闪喉镜联合硬性鼻内窥镜与16排螺旋CT仿真内镜技术在喉癌术前评估中的临床价值。方法对18例喉癌患者术前常规行频闪喉镜及螺旋CT仿真内镜检查,所有手术患者均在手术前气管切开,并从切口放入30°硬性鼻内窥镜观察声门下情况,联合频闪喉镜对声门及声门上的观察结果进行对比分析。结果在喉癌的术前评估中,CTVE的图像与频闪喉镜的结果相结合印证声门及声门上的肿瘤形态特征,均可良好的显示声门下的肿瘤生长情况,与临床手术后的结果基本一致。结论喉癌及下咽癌术前CT仿真内镜技术可明确肿瘤的范围、大小、周围组织及声门下受侵情况,在喉癌及下咽癌术前评估中具有很高的实用价值。
