胺碘酮治疗急诊危重症合并快速心律失常的疗效及安全性 被引量:7

摘要 目的评估急诊危重症合并快速心律失常予以胺碘酮治疗的临床疗效及安全性。方法选2015年1月—2016年12月本院接收治疗的急诊危重症合并快速心律失常患者120例,依据不同治疗方法分组:治疗组60例予以胺碘酮治疗,对照组60例予以西地兰治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为96.67%,比对照组的83.33%高(P<0.05);不良反应发生率为5.00%,比对照组的21.67%低(P<0.05)。结论对急诊危重症合并快速心律失常患者,选胺碘酮治疗的疗效确切。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of amiodarone in the treatment of critically ill patients with tachyarrhythmia. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 120 patients with emergency critical illness complicated with tachyarrhythmia admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods 60 cases in the treatment group were treated with amiodarone, and 60 cases in the control group were treated with cedilanid. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%, which was higher than that of the control group of 83.33% (P 〈 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.00%, which was lower than that of the control group of 21.67% (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The effcacy of amiodarone treatment in patients with emergency critical illness complicated with tachyarrhythmia is defnite.
