氨氯地平联合依那普利/叶酸片治疗H型高血压的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Amlodipine Combined with Enalapril/Folic Acid Tablets for H-type Hypertension

目的分析氨氯地平联合依那普利/叶酸片治疗H型高血压的临床疗效。方法选择2015年10月—2016年10月在我院门诊就诊的100例H型高血压患者,将其随机分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予硝苯地平缓释片联合依那普利/叶酸片治疗,观察组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合依那普利/叶酸片进行治疗,对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组舒张压为(77.4±3.6)mmHg,收缩压为(124.3±2.1)mmHg,Hcy为(9.7±3.9)μmol/L。治疗后,观察组与对照组血压、Hcy值对比,观察组均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论采用氨氯地平联合依那普利/叶酸片治疗H型高血压,疗效较好。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of amlodipine combined with enalapril / folic acid tablets in the treatment of H-type hypertension. Methods 100 H-type hypertension patients admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into two groups： control group and observation group, with 25 cases in each group. Control group was given nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with enalapril / folic acid tablets treatment, the observation group was given amlodipine besylate tablets combined with enalapril / folic acid tablets for treatment, the treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results The diastolic pressure in the observation group was（77.4±3.6） mmHg, the systolic pressure was （124.3±2.1） mmHg, and Hcy was （9.7±3.9） μmol/L. After treatment, the blood pressure and Hcy value of the observation group were compared with the control group, and the observation group was signifcantly lower than the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The use of amlodipine combined with enalapril / folic acid tablets in the treatment of Hypertension, better curative effect, may be worth applying.
