探讨降糖药对2型糖尿病及2型糖尿病合并甲亢的临床疗效

The Clinical Effect of Hypoglycemic Agents on Type 2 Diabetes and Type 2 Diabetes Combined With Hyperthyroidism

目的探讨降糖药对2型糖尿病及2型糖尿病合并甲亢的临床疗效。方法抽取至我院就诊的2型糖尿病患者23例,另同期选择23例2型糖尿病合并甲亢患者,对两组均选择相同的降糖药治疗,对比临床疗效。结果实验组与对照组的治疗总有效率分别为95.65%与69.57%,P<0.05;治疗后实验组血糖水平改善程度明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论对2型糖尿病合并甲亢患者若单纯采取一般降糖药物进行治疗则难以取得显著的疗效,需联合其他的治疗方案进行处理,帮助患者改善临床症状。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of hypoglycemic agents on type 2 diabetes and type 2 diabetes with hyperthyroidism. Methods 23 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected to our hospital. In the same period, 23 patients with type 2 diabetes combined with hyperthyroidism were selected. The two groups were treated with the same hypoglycemic drugs, and the clinical effcacy was compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group and the control group was 95.65% and 69.57%, P 〈 0.05, respectively. After treatment, the level of blood glucose in the experimental group was better than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes combined with hyperthyroidism, it is difficult to achieve a significant effect if they only take general hypoglycemic drugs. It is necessary to combine other treatment programs to help patients improve their clinical symptoms.
