探讨颈椎手法推拿结合针灸治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效

Investigation on Clinical Effect of Manipulation of Cervical Vertebra Combined With Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treatment of Cervical Vertigo

目的分析探讨颈椎手法推拿结合针灸治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法用1:1随机数字法分为两组讨论我院2015年7月—2017年3月收治的颈性眩晕患者80例,对照组40例接受针灸治疗,研究组40例接受颈椎手法推拿联合针灸治疗,观察治疗状况,如疗效、不良反应、动脉血流指标等,并比较。结果研究组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,且P<0.05。对比两组患者眩晕评分,治疗前P>0.05;治疗后,研究组评分低于对照组,且P<0.05。对比两组患者治疗前LVA、RVA、BA指标,P>0.05;治疗后,研究组优于对照组,且P<0.05。结论分析后建议临床治疗颈性眩晕可考虑采用颈椎手法推拿结合针灸治疗法,其疗效突出,在改善患者眩晕症状和椎基底动脉供血上作用明显,且安全。

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effects of manipulation of cervical vertebra combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of cervical vertig. Methods 80 cases of patients with cervical vertigo who treated in our hospital from July 2015 to March 2017 were divided into two groups by 1：1 random number method. 40 cases of the control group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion, while the 40 cases in study group were received the manipulation of cervical vertebra combined with acupuncture and moxibustion. Then, the treatmentstatus were observed, such as clinical effect, adverse reaction, arterial blood flow index and so on, and were compared. Results The total treatment effective rate in the study group was 92.50%, which was higher than that in the control group of 80.00%, and P 〈 0.05.The vertigo scores of two groups were compared, before treatment was P 〉 0.05; After the treatment, the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and P 〈 0.05. The LVA, RVA and BA before treatment between two groups of patients were compared, P 〉 0.05; After the treatment, the study group was better than the control group, and P 〈 0.05. Conclusion After analysis, it is suggested that clinical treatment of cervical vertigo can be considered by cervical manipulation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion, which its clinical effect are prominent,it is important to improve the symptoms of vertigo and the blood supply of vertebrobasilar artery, and it is safety.
