输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石围手术期的护理

Perioperative Nursing of Ureteroscope Holmium Laser Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Renal Calculi

目的探究输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石围术期的护理措施及效果。方法选取我院2016年1月—2017年6月采取输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石患者50例,按照随机数字法分为观察组和对照组各25例,其中对照组采用常规护理,观察组采取护理干预,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组并发症发生率、住院时间、患者满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期护理干预方案可以有效的降低并发症的发生率,缩短患者的住院时间,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the nursing measures and effect of ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy for renal calculi in perioperative period. Methods 50 cases of renal calculi were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group was given nursing intervention, the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The incidence of complications, the time of hospitalization and the satisfaction of the patients in the observation group were all better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The perioperative nursing interventionprogram can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, shorten thepatient＇s time of hospitalization, and improve the patient satisfaction.
