疼痛评估及护理干预对骨折大手术患者术后的影响

Impact of Pain Assessment and Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Patients With Major Fracture Surgery

目的探讨骨折大手术患者中疼痛评估与护理干预的应用价值。方法选取150例2016年3月—2017年10月在我院接受大手术治疗的骨折患者,随机分组,72例施予常规护理为一般组,78例展开疼痛评估与护理干预为干预组,对比两组术后疼痛、舒适度。结果干预后,干预组疼痛评分是(2.01±0.34)分,较一般组的(4.02±0.23)分低,P<0.05;干预组干预后舒适度评分较一般组高,P<0.05。结论对于骨折大手术患者,予以疼痛评估及护理干预可有效缓解疼痛,并促进患者舒适度的提升。

Objective To explore the application value of pain assessment and nursing intervention in the patients with large fracture surgery. Methods 150 cases of fracture patients from March 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. 72 cases were given routine nursing. 78 cases of unfolding pain assessment and nursing intervention were the intervention group. The postoperative pain and comfort were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the pain score of the intervention group was （2.01± 0.34）, which was lower than that of the general group （4.02± 0.23）, P 〈 0.05, and the comfort score of the intervention group was higher than that of the general group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The pain assessment and nursing intervention can effectively relieve the pain and promote the comfort of the patients with large fracture surgery.
