观察围产期护理干预对妊娠合并糖尿病患者的作用

Observation on the Effect of Perinatal Nursing Intervention on Patients With Pregnancy Combined With Diabetes

目的研究并观察围产期护理干预在临床中对妊娠合并糖尿病患者的作用。方法选取我院收治的88例妊娠合并糖尿病患者,根据护理方式分为对照组、干预组各44例。对照组采取常规护理方式,干预组采取围产期护理干预方式,比较两组患者护理效果。结果干预组患者并发症发生率、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠合并糖尿病患者实施围产期护理干预,能够有效降低患者及其新生儿并发症发生率,提高治疗效果。

Objective To study and observe the effect of perinatal nursing intervention on patients with pregnancy combined with diabetes. Methods 88 cases of pregnancy combined with diabetes in our hospital were selected and divided into 44 cases in the control group and the intervention group according to the nursing methods. The control group was given routine nursing, and the intervention group was given the perinatal nursing intervention, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of complications, fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood sugar in the intervention group were signifcantly better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of perinatal nursing intervention for pregnant women with diabetes can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of patients and their neonates, and improve the therapeutic effect.
