骨科病房中实施护理风险管理的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation on Nursing Risk Management in Orthopedics Ward

目的探讨骨科病房中实施护理风险管理的临床价值。方法2016年1月—2017年8月我院骨科病房两个病区分别作为观察组和对照组,随机各选取120例患者,对照组实施骨科病房常规管理,观察组实施护理风险管理:制定完善骨科病房护理风险管理制度、建立骨科病房部分护理风险评估单、提高骨科病房护理人员素质、充分与患者及家属沟通、完善骨科病房防护措施、实施持续质量管理。结果观察组骨科病房患者护理不良事件发生率为3.33%,护理投诉为0.83%,住院时间为(15.37±3.27)天,低于对照组的13.33%、5.83%、(19.36±4.18)天;护理满意度评分为(97.01±1.34)分,高于对照组的(92.46±4.17)分(P<0.05)。结论通过对骨科病房患者实施护理风险管理,与常规护理相比,降低不良事件及护理投诉,缩短住院时间,满意度提升,取得较好的护理效果。

Objective To explore the clinical value of nursing risk management in department of orthopedics. Methods From January 2016 to August 2017, two wards patients in the department of orthopedics of our hospital were treated as the observation group and the control group respectively, 120 patients were selected randomly. The control group was carried out the routine management in the department of orthopedics. The observation group was given nursing risk management in Department of orthopedics nursing ward make perfect risk management system, the establishment of nursing risk assessment, improve orthopedics ward nursing staff quality, fully communicate with patients and their families, improve the department of orthopedics ward protective measures, implementation of continuous quality management. Results The incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was 3.33%, the nursing complaint was 0.83%, the time of hospitalization was （15.37 ± 3.27） days, were lower than that of the control group of 13.33%, 5.83%, （19.36 ±4.18） days. The score of nursing satisfaction was （97.01 ± 1.34）, which was higher than that of the control group （92.46 ± 4.17） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Through the implementation of nursing risk management for patients in department of orthopedics ward, can reduce adverse events and nursing complaints, shorten hospitalization time and improve satisfaction degree compared with routine nursing, and achieve better nursing effect.
