整体护理在宫腹腔镜联合下治疗妇科不孕症手术中的应用

The Application of Holistic Nursing in the Treatment of Gynecologic Infertility by Laparoscopy Combined With Hysteroscopy

目的探讨分析整体护理干预在宫腹腔镜联合下治疗妇科不孕症手术中的应用价值。方法选取我科室2014年6月—2017年6月收治的82例在宫腹腔镜联合下治疗妇科不孕症患者;随机分为观察组和对照组各41例;对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予整体护理模式;观察两个小组的住院时间、肛门排气时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果观察组术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间分别为(83.3±9.5)ml、(18.2±5.5)h、(5.6±0.9)d,分别优于对照组的(104.5±13.8)ml、(29.4±4.7)h、(8.5±1.4)d;观察组患者并发症发生率为12.2%(5/41),明显低于对照组的31.7%(13/41);同时观察组患者对治疗的满意度高达90.2%(37/41),高于对照组的65.9%(27/41),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对在宫腹腔镜联合下治疗妇科不孕症手术的患者进行整体护理干预可以减少术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间及降低并发症的发生率,提高患者的治疗满意度。

Objective To explore the application value of holistic nursing intervention in the treatment of gynecological infertility under the combination of laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. Methods 82 cases of gynecological infertility treated by laparoscopy and hysteroscopy from June 2014 to June 2017 were selected and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 41 cases in each group. The control group was given regular care and the observation group was given holistic nursing mode. The duration of hospital stay, the time of the anal vent, intraoperative blood loss, complication rate and patient satisfaction were observed. Results The amount of bleeding, anus exhaust time and hospitalization time in the observation group were （83.3 ± 9.5） ml, （18.2 ± 5.5） h and （5.6 ± 0.9） d, respectively, were better than the control group of （104.5 ± 13.8） ml, （29.4 ± 4.7） h and （8.5 ± 1.4） d. The incidence of complications in the observation group was 12.2% （5/41）, which was signifcantly lower than that of the control group [31.7% （13/41）]. At the same time, the satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 90.2% （37/41）, higher than that of the control group [65.9% （27/41）]. The difference was statistically signifcant （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention for patients with gynecologic infertility surgery under hysteroscopy and laparoscopy can reduce intraoperative bleeding volume, anal exhaust time, hospitalization time, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patient satisfaction.
