优质护理服务在老年性脑梗死护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of High Quality Nursing Service in the Nursing of Senile Cerebral Infarction

目的对优质护理服务在老年性脑梗死护理中的应用效果进行探究和分析。方法随机从我院2016年1月—2017年6月所收治的老年性脑梗死患者中选取68例作为本次研究对象,并按照随机数字法将这68例患者均等分成对照组和观察组,每组各34例。其中对照组患者给予常规护理干预,而观察组患者则在常规护理的基础上再联合优质护理服务,相关护理人员通过问卷调查的形式对两组患者的护理满意度进行综合评估。结果护理后,观察组患者的护理满意度高达94.1%,对照组为73.5%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务在老年性脑梗死护理中具有良好的应用效果,不仅有效提高了患者的护理满意度,并且在一定程度上提升了患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of quality nursing services in the nursing of senile cerebral infarction. Methods 68 cases of senile cerebral infarction were selected randomly from January 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital as the subject of this study. The 68 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number method, 34 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention, while the patients in the observation group were combined with high quality nursing service on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients was evaluated by questionnaire. Results After nursing, the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was up to 94.1%, and the control group was 73.5%, the difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing service in senile cerebral infarction care has good application effect, not only improve the patients’ satisfaction with care, and to a certain extent, also greatly improve the quality of life of the patients.
