保妇康栓与聚甲酚磺醛联合治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果

Clinical effects of Baofukang suppository combined with Policresulen in treatment of patients with cervical erosion

目的:观察保妇康栓与聚甲酚磺醛联合应用于治疗宫颈糜烂临床效果。方法:选取宫颈糜烂患者112例,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各56例,对照组予以保妇康栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用聚甲酚磺醛治疗,分析比较两组临床疗效、复发率、生活质量。结果:治疗后观察组生活质量明显高于于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率5.36%明显低于对照组17.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:保妇康栓、聚甲酚磺醛联合治疗宫颈糜烂效果明显,可有效提高生活质量,降低复发率。

Objective： To explore clinicaleffects of Baofukang suppository combined with Policresulen in treatment of cervicaerosion. Methods： A total of 112 cases of cervical erosion patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with56 cases in each group according to the random number table method. The control group was given Baofukang suppository, while the observation group used Baofukang suppository combined with Policresulen. The clinical efficacies, recurrence rates, and quality of life othe two groups were compared. Results： After the treatment, the quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 01）. The clinical effects of the observation group were better than thoseof the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 01）. Further, the recurrence rate of the observation group（5. 36%） was obviously lower than that of the control group （17. 86%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）.Conclusions： Baofukang suppository combined with Policresulen in the treatment of cervical erosion has obvious effects, and can improve the quality of life and reduce the recurrence rate.
