摘要
目的:调查登封市2016年土源性线虫的流行现状。方法:抽取登封市东、西、南、北、中5个乡镇(办事处)的1 051名群众作为观察对象。采用改良加藤厚涂片法检测土源性线虫;对3~9周岁的儿童采用透明胶纸肛拭法检测蛲虫卵。统计土源性线虫感染率,分析性别、年龄和地区对感染率的影响。结果:登封市土源性线虫总感染率为1.33%(14/1 051),均为蛲虫感染;男女感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);儿童感染率明显大于成人(P<0.05);不同片区感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:登封市不同地区土源性线虫感染率有较大差异,儿童仍是蛲虫感染的高危人群。
Objective: To survey the current epidemiological situation of soil-transmitted nematodes disease in Dengfeng cityin 2016. Methods: 1051 people of five villages of Dengfeng city ( east, west, south, north and the middle) were chosen as the objects. The soil-transmitted nematodes were detected by the modified Kato-Katz method, and the pinworm eggs were detected with thecellophane and swab for the children of 3-9 years old. The soil-transmitted nematodes infection rate was statistically analyzed, and theeffects of sex, age and districts were analyzed. Results: The total infection rate of the soil-transmitted nematodes was 1. 33% (14 /1051), which was caused by the pinworm. The infection rate between male and female was not statistically significant (P〉0. 05);however, those among different districts were statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Further, the children's infection rate was significantlyhigher than that of the adult (P〈0. 05). Conclusions: There are great differences in the soil-transmitted nematodes infection rate among different districts of Dengfeng city, and the low age groups are still at a high risk.
