品管圈工作模式在122例ICU患者人工气道护理中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察品管圈工作模式在ICU患者人工气道护理中的应用效果。方法:选取122例建立人工气道的ICU患者作为观察对象,按护理方法不同分为研究组和对照组各61例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上行品管圈工作模式护理,比较两组机械通气、住ICU和住院时间、并发症发生情况和护理满意度。结果:研究组机械通气、住院及住ICU时间均明显短于对照组,并发症发生率明显小于对照组,满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上,将品管圈工作模式应用于ICU患者的人工气道护理中可缩短患者机械通气时间,减少并发症,提高护理满意度等方面的效果优于单纯常规护理效果。 Objective: To observe application effects of quality control circles in ICU artificial airway (AA) nursing. Meth鄄ods: A total of 122 patients who had received AA were selectedand divided into study group (61 cases) and control group (61 cases).The control group was given the routine nursing model, while the study group received quality control circle based on that of the controlgroup. The mechanical ventilation time, ICU time, hospitalization time, complications and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groupswere compared. Results: The mechanical ventilation time, ICU time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the complication rate was significantly less than that of the control group, the satisfaction degree wassignificantly higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusions: The quality control circle based on the routine nursing for the patients with ICU AA can shorted the mechanical ventilation time, reduce thecomplications and improve the satisfaction degree. Moreover, it is more effective than the single routine nursing.
