工科硕士研究生培养模式的创新与实践研究

研究生创新能力是研究生培养的核心,其中社会实践能力是工科研究生培养模式的重要环节。首先对我国当前工科硕士研究生实践环节培养的现状和问题进行了详细分析,基于工科硕士研究生培养需求,从现有高校成功经验为例,提出了建设开放实验室、开设培训课程、筹措创新基金及建设创新实践基地等培养模式,这些也可为其他学科的研究生创新能力培养提供一定的借鉴。

Postgraduate innovation ability is the core for postgraduate cultivation, among which social practice ability is an important part in cultivation model of engineering postgraduate. Drawing on the cultivation demands of engineering postgraduate and cases of colleges and universities, this paper analyzes status quo and shortcomings of engineering postgraduate practical cultivation. It puts forward cultivation model on open laboratory, training course, innovation funds and innovation and practice base so as to provide some implication to innovation ability cultivation of other discipline.
