多元融合的经济管理类跨专业仿真综合实验

文章以学生创新创业能力培养为目标,在教学内容、教学方法、评价机制、教学实施等方面实现多元融合,力求形成"仿真性""职场化"的实验教学特色。教学内容的多元融合指构建基于商务运行环境的实验项目群;教学方法的多元融合表现为线上线下同步教学;评价机制的多元融合整合过程与结果、个人与团体等评价方式;教学实施的多元融合指教学活动的组织融合了不同专业门类。

Aiming at the cultivation of students' innovation and entrepreneurship, this paper achieves multiple amalgamation in teaching content, teaching methods, evaluation mechanism and teaching implementation, and strives to form "simulation" and "workplace oriented" experimental teaching characteristics. multiple amalgamation in teaching content refers to the construction of experimental project group based on business environment; multiple amalgamation in teaching method take the form of online and offline synchronous teaching; multiple amalgamation in evaluation mechanism integrate the process and result, individual and group evaluation; multiple amalgamation in teaching implementation refers to the organization and integration of different disciplines in teaching activities.
