研究生教育的过程管理是研究生教育质量保证体系中最为重要的内容,如何做好研究生培养的过程管理是目前研究生教育的热门话题。文章总结作者多年的研究生管理经验,归纳出了新一代研究生过程管理的一种有效方案:通过建立和实施涵盖研究生培养全流程的定量监控体系,采取导师、专业学院和研究生院三级融合的过程管控模式,并充分调动研究生自我管理的积极性,可以全面提升研究生过程管理的实效和水平。

The process management of graduate education is the most important content in the quality assurance system of graduate education. The process management of postgraduate training is a hot topic at present. The article proposes an effective program for graduate student process management according to the author's many years of experience. By establishing and implementing a quantitative monitoring system covering the whole process of postgraduate training, a three-level integration process of supervisors, professional schools and graduate school is adopted to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of graduate self-management and enhance the effectiveness and level of graduate process management.
