从整个医药行业发展需求来看,中医药营销专业人才供给仍然存在不足。《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》也对培养和造就一批应用型人才提出了很高的要求。在此背景下文章结合中医药院校市场营销的专业特点和人才需求状况,以广州中医药大学市场营销专业为例,积极探索和创新中医药院校市场营销专业应用型人才的培养模式,为更好的人才培养和专业特色建设提供依据,为社会和医药企业提供适应发展需要的高素质应用型市场营销人才。
With the development of the pharmaceutical industry, there is still a great demand for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) marketing talents. High requirement for training and developing a group of applied talents are raised by Outline of the National Medium and Long-Term Talent Development(2010-2020). Under this background, combining the feature of marketing at TCM universities and colleges with the demand for talents, the marketing major of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine is taken as an example to actively explore and innovate the mode of training for applied talents in marketing at TCM universities and colleges.This can provide a better basis for training talents and building characteristic major, as well as high-quality and applied marketing talents for society and pharmaceutical enterprises.
