摘要
石油精神,是中国石油企业在长期的文化创造过程中积淀、整合、提炼出来的,是为所有石油人认同的一种价值观念和群体意识,是石油企业发展壮大的精神源泉和动力。近年来,受企业经营管理体制、垄断的行业特征、不充分的市场化行为等因素的影响,部分企业腐败问题突出,安全事故增多,对社会诉求回应不当,致使石油企业形象受到损害。在以"互联网+"为背景的高速发展时期,中国石油企业应通过构建"互联网+传播"模式,实现石油精神零距离全覆盖;突出特色,注重石油精神弘扬的个性化;树立石油精神"走出去"理念,塑造中国石油良好的海外形象等多种途径,实现新时期石油精神的有效继承和弘扬,以重塑石油企业良好形象,增强企业核心竞争力。
As the accumulation,integration and extraction of the enterprise spirit of China' s petroleum industry,the petroleum spirit is the core value and group consciousness that all oil people share. It serves as the spiritual source and driving force for the development and expansion of petroleum industry. In recent years, its system defects,industrial monopoly and inadequate market-orientation have bred leadership corruption, increase of security incidents and inappropriate response to social appeals,which has caused damage to the social image of petroleum industry. In the "Internet+" era, China's petroleum enterprises should achieve full coverage of petroleum spirit with "zero distance" to its target audiences by constructing the "Internet+communication" mode,highlight its characteristics of petroleum spirit,establish various outbound channels for good overseas industry image in the new era so as to reshape the good image of petroleum enterprises and enhance their core competitiveness.
