异形混凝土构件处理填土场地不均匀沉降的数值模拟

摘要 大面积填土场地地坪往往产生明显的不均匀沉降,影响建筑物的正常使用。结合回填场地的特点,提出了一种利用异形混凝土构件土工效应原理来控制场地差异沉降的措施。通过PLAXIS有限元数值模拟验证了构件的减沉效果,重点分析确定了填土厚度、构件净距、水平加筋体强度、荷载水平等主要影响因素对构件减沉效果的影响,给出了对构件布置的优化建议。分析结果表明,填土厚度、构件净距是影响构件减沉效果的主要因素,而水平加筋体强度、荷载水平等对其影响效果不大。异形构件的减沉效果适用于不同荷载水平场地。当进行异形混凝土构件设计时,应合理确定构件尺寸以保证H/D值大于1.5。当厂房跨度较大时,可采用间隔布置的方式来同时确保减沉效果和经济性。 The differential settlement of the ground in the large filled ground often lead to obvious influence on the normal useof the building. Based on the characteristics of filled ground, we presented a new method to control the differential settlementsof the site by using the principle of the geotechnical effect of the special -shaped concrete members. PLAXIS numericalsimulation is conducted to verify the settlement reduction effect of members. We analyzed the influences of the thickness of thefilled ground, the distance of the structure, the strength of the horizontal reinforcement and the load level on settlementreduction effect of components, and gave suggestions for optimization of component layout. The results show that the thicknessof the filled ground and the distance of the structure are the main factors to affect the settlement reduction, while the strength ofthe horizontal reinforcement and the load level are secondary factors. The special-shaped concrete structure is appropriate fordifferent load level. When designing the special-shaped concrete structure, it is necessary to ensure that the H /D value of thespecial-shaped concrete structure is greater than 1.5. When the span of the building is large, the interval arrangement can beused to ensure the effect of settlement reduction and the economy of the method.
