摘要
排泥管线作为疏浚吹填工程中介质输送的重要方式,其磨损性能决定了排泥管线的使用寿命。在中粗砂工况下,Q235钢质排泥管线磨损严重。基于厦门机场中粗砂吹填工程,在吹填现场串联布置Q235钢质排泥管和聚氨酯耐磨复合管,对相同施工条件下2种管线的磨损特性及摩阻损失进行对比与分析。结果表明:聚氨酯复合管的耐磨性至少为钢质管的10倍,摩阻损失相比于钢质管减小10%左右;聚氨酯涂层在钢基底上的附着力、耐冲击性能满足中粗砂的吹填施工要求;聚氨酯复合管相比于钢质管具有更加优越的耐磨性和减阻性,在中粗砂吹填工况下适用性更好。
The dredge pipeline as an important way of medium transport in dredging project, its wear performance determinesits service life. The Q235 steel dredge pipeline is worn seriously in medium-coarse sand transportation. Based on the medium-coarse sand dredging project in Xiamen Airport, we arranged the Q235 steel drain pipe and polyurethane wear resistantcomposite pipe in series at the filling site, compared and analyzed the wear characteristics and friction loss of 2 pipelines underthe same construction condition. The results show that the abrasion loss of polyurethane dredge pipeline is at least 10 times ofthe Q235 steel pipeline; the frictional resistance of the polyurethane dredge pipeline decreased by 10% compared with theQ235 steal pipeline; and the adhesion and impact resistance of the polyurethane coating meet the requirements of the landreclamation construction; the polyurethane composite pipe has better wear resistance and drag reduction than steel pipe, and ithas better applicability under the condition of medium-coarse sand transportation.
