摘要 骨盆骨折是临床中较为常见的骨折类型,因骨盆具有特殊不规则的环状骨性结构,所以其骨折的外科治疗也相对复杂,经过医生不断探索,内固定手术已经成为不稳定骨盆骨折的主要治疗手段。随着科技不断进步,3D打印技术已逐渐应用于骨盆骨折的诊疗工作中,并取得巨大的进步,相关报道逐年增多。本文通过回顾相关文献,分析、整理3D打印技术应用于骨盆骨折的公认优势,详细阐述了该技术在骨盆骨折诊疗、应用进展及相关争议问题,并探讨了未来研究方向。 Pelvic fracture is one of the most common fractures in clinic. Surgical treatment of pelvic fractures is relatively complicated because of its special and irregular ring bony structure. Internal fixation has become the main treatment for unstable pelvic fracture with the continuous exploration and practice. In recent years,3 D printing technology has been gradually applied in the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic fracture with the continuous progress of science and technology. Great progress has been made and related reports have increased year by year.We analyze the advantage of 3 D printing technology in pelvic research through reviewing relative literatures. Also,the application progress,related controversial issues and further research directions are elaborated.
