儿科护士的职业倦怠现状研究

Study on the status of occupational burnout in pediatric nurses

目的调查儿科护士职业倦怠现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、Maslach职业倦怠量表对738名儿科护士进行问卷调查。结果儿科护士具有较高程度的职业倦怠感;儿科护士的职称、是否与患儿直接互动接触、工作年限、工作科室及是否参加晚夜班都是影响儿科护士的职业倦怠主要因素。结论儿科护士职业倦怠现状较为严重,护理管理者应给予针对性的干预,降低儿科护士职业倦怠感,进而稳定护理队伍。

Objective To investigate the status of pediatric nurses ＂ occupational burnout and analyze its influencing factors. Method A total of 738 pediatric, nurses were investigated with the basic, information questionnaire and Maslach Bumout Inventory-General Survey （MBI-GS）.Results Pediatric nurses suffered high level of occupational burnout.The main influencing factors of peqiatric nurses oc-cupational burnout were title,direct contact,working seniority,departments and night shifts. Conclusion The occupational burnout in pediat-ric nurses is serious. Mangers should give targeted intervention to reduce the occupational burnout of pediatric nurses,which can stabilize nursing team.
