摘要
目的探讨护理人员思维风格和核心能力现状及其相关性,为护理管理者实施岗位管理,提升人-岗匹配度提供参考。方法采用一般资料调查表、思维风格量表和中国注册护士核心能力测评量表对509名护士进行调查。结果护士思维风格总分为(60.72±9.64)分;核心能力总分为(157.00±37.26)分;护士核心能力的影响因素为护龄和执法型、等级型、内倾型、审判型、平等竞争型思维风格。结论护理人员的思维风格类型与核心能力有密切关联,岗位培训和管理中要结合岗位特点,制订并实施思维风格和核心能力的塑造和培养。
Objective To explore the current situation and correlation between thinking style and core competence of nursing staff, in order to provide a reference for nursing managers to implement job management and enhance the " person - post matching” degree. Methods A total of 509 nurses wee investigated using the General Information Questionnaire,Thinking Styles Inventory (TSI) and Compe-tency Inventory for Registered Nurse(CIRN).Results The total score of the thinking style of nurses w,as (60.72 ± 9.64).The total score of core competence w,as (157.00 ± 37.26).The influencing factors of nurses' core competence "were nursing age, law, enforcement type, grade type,introverted thinking style,trial type and radical type. Conclusion The type of thinking styles of nursing staff is closely related to the core competence.In the post training and management,it should be combined with job characteristics of the post,and the shaping and cultiva-tion of thinking style and core competence should be formulated and implemented.
