肝移植受者睡眠质量与生活质量的相关性研究

Correlation analysis of quality of sleep and health-related quality of life in liver transplant recipients

目的了解肝移植受者术后睡眠质量与生活质量的现状,并探讨二者间的关系。方法采用一般资料调查表、阿森斯失眠量表和肝移植后生活质量调查问卷对291例肝移植受者进行调查。结果肝移植受者阿森斯失眠量表总分为5(2,8)分,36.08%的肝移植受者存在失眠状况;肝移植受者健康相关生活质量总分为154(131,175)分;肝移植受者阿森斯失眠量表总分与健康相关生活质量总分及其各个维度得分呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论肝移植受者的睡眠问题较严重,生活质量处于中等偏上水平,睡眠质量与健康相关生活质量呈正相关,建议采取相应的干预措施改善肝移植受者的睡眠状况,有助于提高其健康相关生活质量。

Objective To investigate the sleeping quality and health-related quality of life （HRQOL） in liver transplant recipients and analyze their correlation. Methods A total of 291 liver transplant recipients were investigated by a self-designed general questionnaire, Athens Insomnia Scale （ AIS） and post - Liver Transplant Quality of Life Questionnaire （pLTQ）. Results The total score of AIS was 5（2,8）.About 36.08% of liver transplant recipients had insomnia.The total score of pLTQ was 154 （131,175）.The total score of AIS was negatively correlated with the total score of pLTQ and each dimension（ P〈0.01）.Conclusion The sleeping quality of liver transplant recipi-ents were serious,and the quality of life was above the medium level.There is a positive correlation between the quality of sleep and health- related quality of life in liver transplant recipients. Inter^^ention measures should be taken to improve the quality of sleep in liver transplant re-cipients to make a better life quality.
