医院护理绩效考核研究进展

Research progress of hospital nursing performance evaluation

文章从护理团队、护理人员两个方面综述了目前国内外常见绩效考核指标法,总结了关键业绩指标法、平衡积分卡、360°反馈法、量表评价法4种常用的护理绩效考核评价方法,分析指出现阶段需要改进完善的地方,并对我国医院护理绩效考核提出展望,建议建立指标数据库,制订统一标准;完善信息基础设施建设,实现资源共享;找准自身定位,正确选择评价方法。

The article summarized the current domestic and international common performance appraisal index methods from two as-pects of nursing team and nursing staff,and summarized four commonly used nursing performance evaluation methods included key perfor m - ance indicators,balanced scorecard,360 degree feedback method and scale evaluation method.The article pointed out the need to improve the perfection of the current stage,and put forward to the prospect of hospital nursing performance evaluation in our country.lt is suggested to set up the index database to formulate the unifomi standard,perfect the information infrastructure construction to share the resources and find outtheir own position to choose the correct evaluation method.
