PDCA循环模式在肿瘤患者压疮管理中的应用研究

The application of PDCA cycle in the management of pressure ulcer in cancer patients

目的探讨PDCA循环模式在降低肿瘤患者压疮高危漏报中的应用效果。方法对2015年4月至12月院内发生压疮和压疮高危患者上报情况进行调查并分析原因,以PDCA循环模式为指导,于2016年1月至2017年6月完成两个循环的质量管理,比较实施前后压疮高危患者漏报情况。结果实施PDCA循环模式管理后,压疮高危患者漏报率由52.00%降至37.84%、17.78%,压疮发生率降低28.85%。结论运用PDCA循环模式,可以规范压疮管理,降低压疮高危患者漏报,有效提高压疮管理质量。

Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle in reducing under-report situation of pressure ulcer high risk cases in cancer patients.Methods The problems existing in the process of management according to the hospital acquired pressure injury and high risk cases reported during April to December in 2015 were surveyed and annlyzed,and compare the under-report situation before and after applying two cycles of PDCA from January 2016 to June 2017.Results After the implementation of PDCA cycle in pressure ulcer manage- ment,the under-report rate of pressure ulcer high risk cases reduced from 52.00% to 37.84% and 17.78%,and the incidence of pressure ul-cer reduced 28.85% .Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle can regulate the management of pressure ulcer, reduce the under-report cases of high risk of pressure ulcer in cancer patients,and improve the quality of pressure ulcer management effectively.
