摘要
介绍了高速条件下柔性梳理的相关原理,为解决高速梳理中存在的高速不高产、高产不高质的矛盾,提出系统柔性梳理针布的理念,采取"矮、浅、尖、薄、密、小(角度)、硬、光"的设计措施,重在提高针齿纤维穿刺梳理、控制纤维运动、提高转移率、减少了针面负荷,实现梳理充分、棉结清除率高、纤维损伤减少的梳理效果。
Related principles of the high-speed flexible combing were introduced.To solve the problems of low yield and quality of the high-speed combing,the author proposed a series of design measures for the clothing so as to improve the needle combing,control the fiber movement,raise the fiber transfer rate,reduce the top load.By such measures,results of full combing,high nep removal rate and less fiber damage were obtained.
