蛹虫草多糖对亚急性酒精损伤小鼠血清肝功能指标的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Cordyceps militaris Polysaccharides on Serum Liver Function Indexes of Subacute Alcohol-Induced Liver Injury in Mice

摘要 目的探讨蛹虫草多糖(Cordyceps militaris polysaccharides,CMP)对酒精诱导的小鼠亚急性肝损伤功能的影响.方法 ICR小鼠被随机分为4组:正常对照组、亚急性酒精损伤模型组、蛹虫草多糖低剂量组(0.25 g/kg)、高剂量组(0.5 g/kg).除正常对照组外,其余3组分别给予30%乙醇12 m L/kg,在每日灌胃乙醇6 h后,灌胃相应剂量的蛹虫草多糖,对照组和模型组同时灌胃生理盐水,连续28 d后,处死所有小鼠,按试剂盒要求检测血清中谷丙转氨酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)和谷草转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)活性,总蛋白(total protein,TP)、白蛋白(albumin,ALB)、血清球蛋白(globulin,GLO)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,CHOL)含量水平;取肝脏计算其指数.结果与对照组比较,模型组小鼠的肝脏系数、血清中ALT,AST,TG,CHOL均升高,而血清TP,ALB,GLO含量下降.CMP可明显降低酒精致肝损伤小鼠的肝脏脏器系数,降低血清ALT和AST活性以及TG和CHOL水平,升高血清TP,ALB,GLO含量.结论蛹虫草多糖具有明显改善酒精诱导的小鼠肝损伤功能. Objective To explore the effect of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharides( CMP) on subacute liver injury in mice induced by alcohol. Method ICR mice were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group,ethanol injury model group,CMP low dose group( 0. 25 g/kg),and CMP high dose group( 0. 5 g/kg).Except for the normal control group,other three groups were given 30% ethanol 12 m L/kg respectively. After 6 hours of intragastric administration of ethanol,the corresponding dose of CMP were given to the mice in CMP group,the control group and the model group were given saline at the same time.After 28 days,all the mice were sacrificed and the serum alanine aminotransferase( ALT),aspartate aminotransferase( AST),total protein( TP),albumin( ALB),serum globulin( GLO),triglyceride( TG),total cholesterol( CHOL) were detected according to the corresponding kit.The liver of each mouse was taken out and calculated its index.Results Compared with the control group,the liver coefficients,serum ALT,AST,TG and CHOL increased in the model group,while the levels of serum TP,ALB and GLO decreased.CMP could significantly reduce the hepatic organ coefficient,reduce the activities of serum ALT and AST,and the levels of TG and CHOL,increased the contents of serum TP,ALB and GLO in alcohol-induced liver injury in mice. Conclusion Cordyceps militaris polysaccharide can significantly improve the alcohol-induced liver injury and has a certain protective effect on liver in mice.
