摘要
以两种不同级配的花岗岩石粉作为掺合料(0~0.075 mm和0.075~0.150 mm),分别采用10%,20%,30%的掺量等质量替代水泥,研究花岗岩石粉的级配和掺量对C40混凝土工作性能和抗压强度的影响,基于试验数据确定采用花岗岩石粉替代水泥的最优配合比.结果表明:花岗岩石粉在混凝土中起到填充作用,石粉越细,填充效果越明显.随着混凝土中花岗岩石粉掺入量的增大,混凝土的流动性逐渐降低,抗压强度相对于基准组缓慢上升;当混凝土中掺入的花岗岩石粉级配为0.075~0.150 mm,替代水泥率为20%时,配制出的C40混凝土具有良好的工作性能和强度.
The two different grades of granite powder as a binder( 0 ~ 0.075 mm and 0.075 ~ 0.150 mm),10%,20%,30% dosage and other quality were used to replace cement respectively. The influence of gradation and content of granite powder on the working performance and compressive strength of C40 concrete is mainly studied.Based on the experimental data,the optimum mixture ratio of granite powder instead of cement is found.The results shown that the granite powder plays a role in the concrete,and the finer the powder is,the more obvious the filling effect is.With the increase of the amount of granite powder in the concrete,the fluidity and compressive strength of the concrete decrease gradually.When the granite gradation is mixed with 0.075 ~ 0.150 mm and 20% of the cement ratio,C40 concrete has the better working performance and strength.
