不同张紧装置对带锯条横向振动及裂纹扩展的影响 被引量:4

摘要 在负载情况下,测试、分析MJ3210B型跑车木工带锯机带锯条振动,研究张紧装置对带锯条横向振动位移及裂纹扩展的影响规律.结果表明:杠杆压砣式张紧装置下有裂纹锯条工作时的最佳工作参数与正交试验分析得到的结果相同;板式弹簧张紧装置下有裂纹锯条带锯机工作时的最优工作参数与正交试验分析得到的结果不相同,主要工作参数沿坐标轴右移.最佳工作状态下,在裂纹长度≤5.6 mm时,板式弹簧张紧装置的减振效果明显好于杠杆压砣式张紧装置;当裂纹长度超过5.0 mm后,使用板式弹簧张紧装置有裂纹带锯条横向振动位移增长速率快速上升;当裂纹长度超过5.6 mm后,板式弹簧张紧装置的减振效果明显下降. The vibration of band saw blade of MJ3210 B sports car saw blade is tested and analyzed,and the influence of tensioning device on lateral vibration displacement and crack propagation of band saw blade is obtained.The results show that the best working parameters of the cracked blade are the same as those obtained by the orthogonal test.The new type of the plate spring tension has the best. The operating parameters are different from those obtained by orthogonal test,and the main operating parameters are shifted right along the axis. In the best working condition,before the crack length is 5. 6 mm,the new type of plate spring tensioning device is obviously better than the lever-type pressing device in the damping effect. When the crack length exceeds 5. 0 mm,the transverse vibration displacement growth rate of the belt saw blade increases rapidly. When the crack length exceeds 5.6 mm,the vibration effect of the new plate spring tensioner is obviously reduced.
