从限权到赋权:一项新生代农民工与体育的个案研究

From Limited to Empowerment:A Case Study of a New Generation of Migrant Workers and Sports

新生代农民工体育权益的利益诉求机制困境是国家制度安排的结果抑或是"工厂游戏"规则的抑制,研究以"工厂游戏"下的新生代农民工日常生活范式为触觉通过理性活动(体育)的介入来审视新生代农民工与工厂资本的利益博弈纠纷,研究认为:工厂资本以"合法性困境"为由逐渐地对新生代农民工实施合法性"限权"行动,新生代农民工在对体育参与权利的诉求在生产——经济叙事模式下游离不定,体育权利诉求服从于经济利益目标。新生代农民工体育权益的实现机制依赖于非正式制度的"赋权",以社会非正式制度文化机制冲击"工厂游戏"下的规则制度。

The plight of the new generation of migrant workers＇ sports rights and interests is the result of national institutional arrangement or the inhibition of ＂ factory game＂ rules.The study considers the new generation of migrant workers＇ daily life style under the ＂ factory game＂ to examine the conflict of interests between the new generation of migrant workers and factory capital.The research shows that the factory capital takes ＂ the legitimacy dilemma＂ as the action,and the new generation of migrant workers＇ demands for sports participation in the production-economic narrative mode is free and the demand of sports right is subordinated to the economic interest target.The realization mechanism of the new generation of migrant workers＇ sports rights depends on the ＂ empowerment＂ of the informal system,and the social informal system cultural mechanism impacts the rules system under ＂ factory game＂.
