2017年,上海经济总体平稳、稳中向好、好于预期,经济运行呈现"六个高于"的特点,增长更稳、结构更优、效益更好,高质量发展势头显著。2018年,全球经济将延续复苏势头,但不确定因素仍然存在;中国经济将保持稳中有进、稳中向好的发展态势,加快从高速增长转向高质量发展,但经济发展新动能仍在酝酿之中,防风险压力依然严峻;上海经济受前期基数较高等因素影响,要保持2017年增速难度较大,但仍将延续总体平稳的发展态势,质量结构效益将继续提高。
