基于高通量测序分析的荣成扇贝养殖区微型浮游生物群落结构研究 被引量:4

摘要 运用Illumina高通量测序技术对2011年7月荣成八河扇贝养殖区和楮岛扇贝养殖区中微型浮游生物群落组成特征进行研究,结果表明,在浮游植物种类组成上,2个样品中共检测到22个纲,其中海金藻、硅藻、绿藻、甲藻和隐藻是主要类群,多形微眼藻和抑食金球藻的18SrDNA相对丰度较高;在浮游动物种类组成上,2个样品中共检测到16个门,在八河扇贝养殖区18SrDNA相对丰度较高的浮游动物是软体动物、有孔虫和纤毛虫,而在楮岛扇贝养殖区则是环节动物的18SrDNA相对丰度较高。结果表明,荣成扇贝养殖区有暴发褐潮的可能,需采取有效措施进行应对。 Plankton community structures in samples collected from the scallop culture area of Bahe and Chudao in July,2011 were analyzed using Illumina sequencing.The results showed that 22 classes of phytoplankton(Pelagophyceae,Mediophyceae,Coscinodiscophyceae,Dinophyceae,Mamiellophyceae,Cryptophyceae,Trebouxiophyceae,Haptophyceae,Chrysophyceae,Bolidophyceae,Ulvophyceae,Chlorophyceae,Raphidophyceae,Synurophyceae,Nephroselmidophyceae,Katablepharidaceae,Dictyochophyceae,Eustigmatophyceae,Bacillariophyceae,Chlorodendrophyceae,Florideophyceae and Prasinophyceae)and 16 phyla of zooplankton(Mollusca,Foraminifera,Ciliophora,Euglenozoa,Annelida,Cercozoa,Chordata,Cnidaria,Amoebozoa,Porifera,Apicomplexa,Arthropoda,Bryozoa,Apusozoa,Entoprocta and Nemertea)were detected in the scallop culture area of Bahe and Chudao.For phytoplankton,pelagophytes,diatoms,chlorophytes,dinoflagellates and cryptophytes were the main groups.For zooplankton,Mollusca,Foraminifera and Ciliophora were dominant in Bahe scallop culture area;however,the relative abundance of 18 SrDNA from Annelida was higher than others in Chudao scallop culture area.In the scallop culture area of Bahe,the 18 SrDNA copy concentration of diatoms was highest,and Minutocelluspolymorphus accounted for 60.44% of diatoms.Aureococcus anophagefferens was the second dominant phytoplankton.In the scallop culture area of Chudao,the 18 SrDNA copy concentration of A.anophagefferens was highest,followed by M.polymorphus.M.polymorphus and A.anophagefferens were dominant species in the scallop culture area of Rongcheng.The results indicated that there was the possibility of brown tides breaking out in the scallop culture area of Rongcheng.Some effective measures should be taken to prevent the outbreak of brown tides.
